As a visionary entrepreneur and business leader, Richie has built and grown a diversified portfolio of companies spanning early childhood education, commercial real estate, and related service businesses throughout the United States.

Under his leadership, Huffman Family Brands has evolved into a multi-state organization with a strong reputation for operational excellence, strategic growth, and community impact. Through HWG Properties, Richie has spearheaded the acquisition, development, redevelopment, and management of a growing portfolio of office, retail, mixed-use, and educational real estate assets, with a particular focus on properties occupied by Celebree Schools.

Richie remains actively involved in identifying new investment opportunities, shaping long-term strategic initiatives, and fostering relationships with investors, lenders, franchisees, and development partners. His entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to disciplined growth have been instrumental in expanding the organization’s footprint while creating value for stakeholders and the communities it serves.

Allan Greenberg serves as President of Huffman Family Brands and leads the strategic growth and operations of HWG Properties. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s real estate investment strategy, capital formation initiatives, investor relations, and long-term business development efforts.

With more than three decades of experience in finance, operations, and executive leadership, Allan works closely with investors, lenders, development partners, and internal stakeholders to identify and execute opportunities that support the continued growth of the portfolio. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding HWG Properties’ footprint across multiple states and advancing the firm’s focus on educational, office, and mixed-use real estate investments.

Allan’s collaborative approach and commitment to building lasting relationships have helped establish HWG Properties as a trusted partner for investors, tenants, and communities alike.

Taylor Trautwein serves as Accounting Manager for HWG Properties and is responsible for financial reporting, investor reporting, treasury management, budgeting, and operational accounting across the company’s real estate portfolio.

Taylor oversees monthly and annual financial reporting, development and construction accounting, investor communications, and portfolio performance analysis. She works closely with ownership, lenders, investors, and third-party partners to support informed decision-making and maintain strong financial controls throughout the organization.

Prior to joining HWG Properties, Taylor held accounting and assurance roles with national and regional professional services firms, where she gained experience serving clients across a variety of industries. She is a Certified Public Accountant and earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Accounting degrees from Loyola University Maryland.

Gary Large serves as a strategic development partner to HWG Properties and brings extensive experience in commercial real estate development, construction management, and project execution.

Throughout his career, Gary has overseen the planning, development, and delivery of numerous commercial real estate projects across multiple asset classes. He works closely with HWG Properties on development strategy, project management, budgeting, and construction oversight, helping guide projects from initial concept through completion.

His deep industry knowledge, practical development expertise, and collaborative approach have been instrumental in the successful execution of several key projects within the HWG portfolio.

Paul Gill serves as Facilities & Property Manager for HWG Properties and is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operations, and physical performance of the company’s real estate portfolio.

Prior to joining Huffman Family Brands, Paul spent more than 30 years in the automotive industry, where he built a reputation for exceptional customer service, operational leadership, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. His extensive experience managing facilities, equipment, vendors, and day-to-day operations provides a unique perspective that translates seamlessly to commercial real estate management.

At HWG Properties, Paul works closely with tenants, contractors, vendors, and ownership to coordinate property inspections, preventative maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, and facility operations. His practical experience, strong work ethic, and commitment to responsiveness help ensure that each property is maintained to the highest standard while delivering an exceptional experience for tenants.

Dilshan Subasinghe serves as Director of Real Estate for Celebree Enterprises and works closely with HWG Properties to identify and present qualified real estate investment opportunities.

He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and conducting due diligence on properties that align with Celebree Schools’ growth strategy. Every opportunity presented includes a committed Celebree franchisee, as HWG Properties does not pursue speculative acquisitions or developments without an identified operator.

Dilshan evaluates market conditions, site characteristics, development feasibility, and financial performance before presenting opportunities to the HWG team. He also collaborates with franchisees, brokers, developers, landlords, and other stakeholders to ensure each project meets operational and investment objectives. Through his work with Celebree Enterprises, Dilshan helps maintain a strong pipeline of vetted opportunities that support school expansion and inform HWG Properties’ acquisition and development decisions.
